The President of the Republic of Serbia, Alexander Vucic, sent a telegram of condolence to the President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, concerning the tragedy that occurred as a result of the fire and explosion in the "Surmalu" shopping center.

The Armenian government will announce a day of mourning.
