For almost two years, Azerbaijan has been working hard to eliminate the structures of the statement of November 9, 2020, but, contrary to Azerbaijan's efforts, today, the UN International Court of Justice satisfied Armenia's application to apply an interim measure against Azerbaijan, and with that decision, in fact, also further strengthened and recognized as legitimate at the international legal level the obligations of Azerbaijan and the structures defined by it in the tripartite declaration of November 9, 2020.

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the rejection of the claim submitted by Azerbaijan to the UN International Court of Justice against Armenia.
