"They went to Baku, will they come back?" Nikol Pashinyan
"There is a guarantee problem. They went to Baku; will they come back? " Who will answer that question?" said RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, referring to Azerbaijan's proposal to hold the next meeting with the authorities of Nagorno Karabakh in Baku.
"The most important thing is not the institution of the guarantor, but the institution of guarantees," Nikol Pashinyan
"We say that we need guarantors, referring to states, international organizations, and international mechanisms," RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in response to Radar Armenia's question.

"Since our victory in the Yerevan mayoral elections, we have been implementing our pre-election programs, the promises we made to the residents of Yerevan. And I think we are doing them quite successfully," announced RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
