French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna responded to Radar Armenia's observation that the EU and its member states are signing new energy projects with Aliyev's authoritarian regime.

International law must be respected, and that is the only way for both sides to move forward.

The way of peace is the only way to a just and lasting peace. It isn't easy, but it's the only way.
