During the session held in Paris, the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided to contact the PACE Bureau and propose to organize a discussion of the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh during the October 2023 PACE session.
