ICRC-mediated aid trucks did not cross the Lachin border crossing
Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs at the ICRC Armenian office, reported to Radar Armenia that 10 trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh did not cross the Lachin border checkpoint with the mediation of the ICRC.
