The Azerbaijanis arrested the former deputy commander of the Armed Forces of Artsakh
The National Security Service of Azerbaijan announced that it had arrested Davit Manukyan, the former first deputy commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Artsakh.
The number of forcibly displaced persons from NK has reached 93 thousand
As of 12:00 p.m., 91,448 forcibly displaced persons have arrived from Armenia, and that number has reached around 93,000. Nazely Baghdasaryan, spokesperson for the RA Prime Minister, said it.
Thoughts were exchanged regarding the regional situation and protecting the rights of those displaced from NK.
On September 29, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, met the Speaker of the Finnish Parliament, Jussi Halla-Aho, within the framework of the European Conference of Speakers of Parliaments of the Council of Europe.
The UN team is already in Goris. Tents have been installed to serve up to 2,000 people
In Armenia, our UNRWA team is located near the border in Goris, Syunik region, providing support to families escaping violence. We have already set up tents to provide food for up to 2,000 people a day and are preparing to scale up assistance throughout the country if necessary.
